Our team is looking for an experienced maintenance technician needed to maintain our healthcare facilities. We are seeking a self-starting individual with an upbeat and can-do attitude. General qualifications are not limited to but will include, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting. HVAC is a plus but not required. The maintenance technician work schedule is M-F from 7am-3:30pm. Some weekend availability and 24 hour on call rotation. Individuals must be on time and have reliable transportation. Must maintain a professional, courteous manner, as well as a professional appearance with residents, contractors, and fellow employees. The maintenance technician and maintenance director will work together fulfilling work orders in a timely manner.
- General responsibilities will include work order request
- Preventative and corrective maintenance interior and exterior of the facility
- Maintaining records to meet state and federal guidelines
- Good problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have own hand tools
- Stand, kneel, and work in confined spaces for long periods of time
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license
